Regarding entry #2
Lovely idea, including the Globe in the concept, but the logo looks a bit too crowded, and then the rest of the header appears a bit empty. We will not include ads in the header in the future, so you can make it a bit stand out. If you want simplicity, than the logo itself should be minimalist... Please don't include our tagline under the logo.
