[SOLVED] No valid database connection 9 Months, 2 Weeks ago Karma: 0
Hi there !
I am using your Content - Prova.fm Advanced Social Bookmarker (with AddThis.com tracking)
on my personal website running J! 1.5.14 + extras...
It's a must have and working fine except that it returns a "No valid database connection" error message on top of content pages
Any help is welcome

Hmm, this is going to be a tough one to understand. It's in a foreign language & using SEO URLs. Are you able to look in your database?
Do you still have the #__content table & are there values in it?

Are you able to turn off the SEO URLs temporarily to see if that fixes it?

Hi Guru, thx for your answer !
Yes it's in foreign languages but native language is english and switching to english on the Joomfish language selector does not change anything.
#_content tables seem to be correct and articles are fully loaded. Exacly the same way as if Prova plugin is disabled, but the only problem is this damned error message. And with or without SEF activated, the problem remains.
I thought may be someone had encountered similar issues... Let me know if you have an idea !

May be it comes from an incompatibility beetween our MySQL version and plugin syntax ?
My PHP version is 5.2.9 and my MySQL version is 5.0.81.
When I try to swith to PHP 4.4.9, the error message remains.

I have tested it & found the problem is related to JoomFish. We'll keep working on it to find a fix.

Thanks for your patience.
