To make IE7 not throw an ugly "can't display page" box, you must turn off all the icons that appear at the top of the page... The share bar at the bottom of an article will work OK.
I have tested each and every "Top" setting to determine if it was just a single item it didn't like, but setting any one will topple the page.
So, the bug (or workaround) to fix it 100% is to figure out what the conflict is when any of Digg, Twitter, Yahoo or Facebook are turned on for the top of a page.
Having said, I hope you can find that scripting problem. Other browsers work OK, of course.
