If you want your design printed on the side of every Large Priority Mail Box shipped from Hawaii this year, now's your chance. The USPS has launched a logo design contest. The winning design will be printed on the side of their Large Priority Mail Box. It's part of their "Season's Greetings from Hawaii" campaign they're running for the upcoming holiday season. The contest starts today & runs through September 7th. Get your entries in early so you'll have more time to vote up the popularity. In addition to adding a killer image to your portfolio, the winning designer will take home $200.
They're adding this logo to the box to help "inspire Postal Service customers to choose the Large Flat Rate Box for shipping packages worldwide." Come up with a Hawaiian themed holiday graphic that will be inspiring & attractive. Visit the USPS' design brief to read more about it.

Fortune
Another contest has been added to Prova.fm offering $250 to the most popular satirical magazine advert that would portray BP's character in dealing with the Deepwater Horizon disaster. If you have an opinion about BP you want to voice, here's your chance. Create a humorous magazine ad, comic, or illustration about BP & add it to the contest. Then share your designs on Facebook, Twitter and any other social networks asking your friends to vote for your design. The most popular design is selected not based on page views, but based on number of likes. Each entry can be voted through a simple point and click "I like" button (one click per IP). The design with the most "likes" wins.

The winning designer will be featured on Prova's main page for thirty days, and will also get an editorial feature on Pamil Visions' PR News site, Everything PR - the number one English PR news publication in Germany. Get started by reviewing the BP magazine ad design contest brief, then submit your designs.
